About Curt

Curt Anderson is a 20-year Loudoun County resident and realtor who focuses primarily in the Loudoun County area. He is a Loudoun County expert and works on the highly successful ‘Joe Knows Real Estate’ Team at Pearson Smith Realty. With over 30 years experience as a team, and nearly half $1 billion in transactions, they bring unparalleled experience to your real estate transactions. 

Curt grew up in Fairfax, Virginia attending Bishop O’Connell High School prior to studying at St. John’s University in Minnesota, where in addition to his studies, he pitched for the St. John’s “Johnnies” baseball team. He spent his early years with his Foreign Service parents and five siblings living in Germany, New Zealand, the Netherlands, and London, England. He’s a recovering beach volleyball player, and enjoys all things sports. More than anything though, Curt enjoys spending time with family. He and his wife of 21 years, live in Brambleton with their three children, and all the controlled chaos of life.

Curt’s sole and primary focus has always been his clients. Guiding them through one of life’s most important events is his passion, bringing honesty, clarity, and expertise to every interaction and transaction.
