About Dawn

Dawn Dodson is the Branch Manager, and Associate Broker for Pearson Smith Realty and has been a REALTOR® member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® since 2002. Dawn is committed to her Buyers and Sellers and desires the best possible outcome for alll parties involved. She is trustworthy and capable of negotiating the best sales price for her clients.
Additionally, Dawn has been an active participant of several committees for her trade association including Education Chair, Lockbox Chair, Events Chair. She is a committee member of the 2019 Strategic Plan, Forms, Membership, Bylaws and Building. As Chairperson of the Education committee Dawn, along with other members have created the Professional Development Courses currently being offered by EPBR.
Dawn was President of EPBR during 2016 and was elected the 2019 REALTOR® of the YEAR for her service and dedication to our organization. Dawn teaches Orientation to our new members. She is approved to teach Continuing Education classes in West Virginia as well as Pre-License and Broker courses for Blue Ridge Community and Technical College.
Dawn is currently a Director for the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® actively participating in all state level committees. Her commitment to REALTOR® issues makes her an invaluable asset to the Easter Panhandle Board of REALTORS®.
