About Kim
Meet Kim, a skilled listener and accomplished real estate professional. Born and raised in Chantilly, VA, Kim has seen the area's development over the years. She earned a Marketing degree in 2002 and began her career as an apartment leasing agent, quickly realizing her aptitude for working with people and handling contracts. She obtained her real estate license that same year. By 2016, she had earned a Broker's License and managed the Centreville AveryHess Realtors for over seven years. She received the Distinguished Service Award in 2020 and the Presidential Inspiration Award in 2023. Kim also volunteersed on the NVAR Grievance and Forms Committees. Kim has also taught several Real Estate Pre-License Education Classes. Kim is known for her attention to detail and negotiation skills, leading to many repeat clients and referrals. She assists first-time buyers, sellers, investors, divorce and those looking to downsize. Kim is currenlty an Associate Broker with Pearson Smith Realty.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys walking her dog, visiting local wineries and breweries, camping, and traveling.
