I am a Virginia-licensed, 5-star Google-rated, and Top-Producing Realtor® dedicated to helping clients successfully buy, sell, and invest in real estate. As a Northern Virginia resident since 2000, I bring deep local knowledge, backed by hands-on experience in residential and commercial real estate investment and property management. This background allows me to quickly understand my clients’ needs and develop winning strategies for both buyers and sellers.

I raised my child in Fairfax County and have been deeply involved in the community, dedicating significant time to volunteering within the Langley High School Pyramid. I am a proud mother of a University of Southern California graduate who majored in Real Estate Development and is employed by Lincoln Avenue Communities as an Asset Management Analyst.
Originally a native of Crimean Tatar heritage, I was born and raised in Uzbekistan and earned a medical degree as a Pediatrician, specializing in Neonatology. Before transitioning into real estate investment and management, I worked as a licensed Pediatrician/Neonatologist, Medical Statistician for the Health Ministry of Uzbekistan (published numerous Health Reports in collaboration with WHO), Medical Administrator for a private practice, and Medical Representative for a pharmaceutical company. Since the early 2000s, I have owned and managed commercial and residential real estate, and I continue to manage my residential investments actively today.
This diverse professional background allows me to offer my clients a comprehensive, analytical, and financially sound approach to buying, selling, and investing in real estate. My ultimate goal is to ensure every client makes the best possible real estate decision.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, dancing, reading, rescuing cats, supporting several cat rescue organizations, and exploring everything the DMV area has to offer.
