Lauren Murphy, Office Manager

Lauren Murphy is Pearson Smith Realty’s Office Manager.  She graduated from James Madison University in 2005 with degrees in Political Science and Public Administration.  Lauren entered into real estate after spending nine years in government contracting supporting the Office of the Secretary Defense, Defense Intelligence Agency, and the Department of Homeland Defense.  A lifelong resident of Loudoun County, she is eager to learn from all of the professionals in the office and is currently working towards obtaining her real estate license.  When not at Pearson Smith, Lauren spends her time trying to control her three very active boys with her husband, Kevin.


 

 

Rusty Oatman, Media Director

Rusty Oatman attended University of South Florida as a performing arts major to pursue his passion in the film industry. After locating to Los Angeles he continued his studies at the Howard Fine Acting Studios. He performed in commercial spots for Coors Light, NEC, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. He soon realized he had a passion for creating media and developed the greed for knowledge. In 1999 he furthered his education at UCLA for media production. Rusty decided to open his own production company and begun working on local and regional material. In 2010 he won a Telly award for a promotional ad he created for the Equine Ally of New York State. Rusty began helping a close friend that was a realtor in New York to better help with advertising her listings with photography and HD video tours. The tours became so popular he started focusing on that as a profession. Rusty relocated to northern Virginia 2 years ago and has joined The e4realty team in Brambleton.


 

Casey Menish, Social Media Director

Casey Menish holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. In an advertising course at Virginia Tech she developed a keen interest in social media. Casey launched multiple campaigns for clients and a personal job search while in college, and she leverages the advantages of social media to best help you sell your home. She features The E4Realty Group’s listings on our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube. Casey understands the unique opportunities that social media provides for reaching out to and engaging potential buyers for your home.
